For girls and boys born in 2013 or 2014 (Co-Ed)
Philosophy - "Me and My Ball"
A fun and stimulating introduction to the ball, basic movements, and the game. At this stage the emphasis is fundamental movement exercises and fun games to develop a feel for the ball within a creative but structured setting. Activity, equal time and fascination for play are key in this stage. Individual skills of running with the ball, striking the ball, catching, twisting, and turning are the main physical literacy objectives.
Our coaches look to create a fun learning environment while teaching kids the fundamentals of soccer.
Fall: Saturday mornings 8:30am, 9:15am, and 10:00am
40 minute session
Fall: Once a week for 8 Weeks (September to November)
Spring: Once a week for 8 Weeks (April & May)
Each session will include 40 minutes of station based fun activities which focus on developing the players ABC's (agility, balance, co-ordination and speed) and most importantly their love of the game! Players are divided up into groups of 6-8 and placed at a station where they will play a game with their coach for 8-10mins before moving on to a different station, game and coach
